Fabiola Constant
Dr. Fabiola “Fab” Constant is a remarkable Woman of God and esteemed leader, deeply rooted in compassion, resilience, and a mission to serve. A Miami native, Dr. Fab holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Travel and Tourism Management, a Master’s degree, and a Doctoral degree. She is the proud owner of Constant Beau Boutique, author of the heartfelt series My Beautiful Storm Vol 1 & 2, and founder of the Lou Foundation Inc., a non-profit organization birthed from personal tragedy. After losing her son, Lou, at just 2½ years old, Dr. Fab transformed her pain into purpose, creating a sanctuary for bereaved mothers (Bmoms) and families. Lou Foundation Inc. empowers grieving families through education, counseling, and resources, and reaches across South Florida through initiatives like quarterly homeless feedings and Bmoms Love Brunch.
As a community philanthropist, entrepreneur, and visionary, Dr. Fab extends her impact with Bmoms, a support group offering bereaved mothers daily encouragement and positive outlets to navigate grief. Known for her professionalism, humanitarian efforts, and expertise in fashion, Dr. Fab inspires others through her radiant work ethic, guiding individuals in event organization, marketing, and planning across South Florida. Her unwavering dedication has led her to open resource centers in Miami, creating spaces that uplift the bereaved and homeless.
Beyond her advocacy and entrepreneurial pursuits, Dr. Fab is a beauty queen, designer, speaker, and philanthropist. Her contributions are widely recognized, including awards such as the Thelma Gibson Award, The Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, and the SMN Philanthropist Award. Her impactful work has been highlighted on major news stations like CBS News Miami, WPLG Local 10 News, and WSVN 7News, as well as featured in numerous magazines and publications. As Co-Director of Community Outreach with the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Miami-Dade, Dr. Fab exemplifies resilience, continuously striving to live each day with hope, courage, and joy. Through the Lou Foundation Inc., Constant Beau Boutique, and a myriad of community-focused events—such as the YoungPreneurs Showcase, Mommy and Me Brunch, and Father and Me Brunch—Dr. Fabiola Constant is a beacon of strength and a true asset to those in need.
